Uptown residents have convenient access to quality primary and geriatric health care at Endeavor Health Medical Group's Uptown clinic, offering access to excellent providers and services close to home.

With the safety of our patients and our staff as top priority, Swedish Hospital and the new Uptown clinic will operate under comprehensive enhanced safety protocols, including social distancing and enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures. With these measures in place in all facilities, Swedish Hospital facilities provide a comfortable and safe environment for our patients, physicians and staff. The clinic will offer virtual visits as well as in-person visits at the new location.

Parking:

Two-hour, validated garage parking available on Carmen Avenue. Look for the two-door garage with the red/green lights over them. Parking is handicap accessible with a private elevator to the physician's office lobby of the practice.
