Please join us to celebrate this new model of care for infants, Centering Parenting. This will be a time to learn about this program: the what, who, why and how of Centering. There will be light refreshments along with a “mock Centering Parenting session”. This model of care is for children ages 1 month to 24 months. Caregivers and their children will be in a group setting to learn from each other while also getting their usual well child visits. All covered by insurance, no waiting for a visit to start, more time with the provider and more time for learning and community building.
