Dr. Maloul was very professional and explained my wellness appointment. She asked if I had any questions or concerns and addressed them. Dr. Maloul showed a genuine concern for my well being and health. The staff was very professional and kept me informed during my visit of what to expect and explained why they were asking questions.Very good experience.

Excellent doctor informed and compassionate

Doctor Maloul is a waste of everybody's time. Every time I had no other doctor to make an appointment with but her, she spent 15 minutes dismissing any symptoms, telling me how she doesn't know what it is, but she doesn't think it's anything serious and how she can't do any tests or labs because she has only 15 minutes. Cause that's why people pay thousands on insurances and go see doctors, to be told: "I don't know what it is, but it doesn't sound important to care.

While my care provider and her staff are very nice, there is no review of my history/past appointments. There has never been any follow up on my previous visits, including no discussion on blood work results and mental health concerns (actually one visit she did mention my mammogram test results). I am only asked why am I here today and that issue is dealt with as quickly as possible before she rushes off to see her next patient.

She goes by the name Kathleen MOE, MD, but your system still lists her as Kathleen Maloul. She was straightforward, knowledgeable, good communication, not particularly warm (but that wasn't terribly important to me in any case).
