North Center provide walk-in sports physicals seven days a week for the convenient price of just $45 paid with cash or credit card.
"Our providers offer a complete examination of your child and your family’s health history to ensure that your child does not have any condition that may predispose them to injury or illness," said
Emily LeuVoy, M.D., an immediate care physician at the Immediate Care Centers. "We also offer advice on how to prevent future injuries."
Our Immediate Care Centers are open seven days a week:
Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Bring your child in 6 weeks before they plan to participate to allow for any necessary follow-up. Please remember to bring your child’s health history and immunization record to your visit.
