NorthShore is opening a
new Primary and Specialty Care Clinic on April 1, 2022 to serve the vital Lakeview community on Chicago’s North Side. The newly renovated space is NorthShore’s newest outpatient clinic offering a wide range of specialties including: Primary Care, OB/GYN, Midwifery, Dermatology, Sports Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Urogynecology, Bariatric, Colorectal and Neurosurgery.
“We’re excited to respond to the needs of this growing community by offering many of the specialty services our new and existing patients need in a convenient location in the heart of Lakeview,” said Bruce McNulty, Chief Medical Officer at Swedish Hospital.
The new Lakeview clinic is located at 3122 N. Ashland, in Chicago, and includes ample free parking for added convenience. Patients can schedule appointments online via
NorthShoreConnect.
The 20,000 square foot, state of the art facility will initially include physicians along with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Services offered will include mammography, X-rays, lab, cardiac diagnostic testing, and the NorthShore Orthopaedic & Spine Immediate Care. “This clinic will bring a wide range of excellent physicians and APPs from both NorthShore Medical Group and Swedish Medical Group together to serve the needs of the community in this beautiful new Lakeview facility,” added Jonathan Lind, COO, Swedish Hospital.
