Find a Doctor

Answers all of my questions. Explains things so that I understand them. Makes me feel comfortable.

Dr. P Was kind and intelligent.

Dr. Pipinov was thorough and precise in explanations, entertained and answered questions and overall was pleasant, friendly and professional. My interactions with him have been exceptionally positive and respectful.

Dr. Piponov did not seem to care about listening to me as the patient. He brushed off my attempt to give him a background history of the problems I have had with the arthritis in my knees and hips. Interestingly, he could not have been that busy, because I was given a choice of 3 open appointment slots for that Tuesday appointment during a phone call the Friday prior.He Is quite young, and exhibited the stereotypical arrogance of some young doctors when dealing with older patients. At 73, I know a lot more about how my body works than he can know at a first meeting. Some examples:In his notes, he mentions that I was just back from a trip to Florida. My husband and I told him that we had just come back from Mexico. He obviously didn't listen, or take proper notes.My husband asked about a car trip to California in [...]. The answer was that it was up to us, which is no answer at all. Dr. Piponov decided on a different NSAID for me, which he sent to the pharmacy. I did not want that drug, but he gave me no chance to discuss what I did want. His choosing to send the prescription has now messed up my getting the rest of a different NSAID, which I want, and which was out of stock at the pharmacy when we saw Dr. Piponov. So, now they won't give me my preferred drug. Again, the arrogance of discounting what the patient knows about what works with her body. I believe that Dr. Piponov could be a more effective doctor if he takes a remedial course in listening to patients, instead of being so certain of his own knowledge.

Dr. Pipinov did a great job communicating with me regarding my knee surgery as well as doing an excellent job per me and the physical therapist I am working with.

Dr. Pipinov is very thorough. He is kind and gives good explanations and answers to questions. I would highly recom.end him to others

The Dr himself was in the room maybe 3-4 minutes. Wasn't even going to look at my knee which was the reason I was there

Dr. Piponov spent time with me to discuss my rather unusual knee situation, and it's always good when a Dr takes the time to sit and talk.

They should approve prescriptions in a timely manner. I am in pain and the care team is not addressing my concerns

[...]. The doctor came having no information about my chart. He did not seem to care about my pain and ruched when he talked to me. He did not even sit to examine my leg and was standing by the door so he can leave quickly. The questions and answers were for less then 5 min and then he left. He mentioned that I need to follow with another doctor.
