Visits may be scheduled as in-office appointments or as remote visits via video. If you schedule a telehealth appointment, you will receive a confirmation call, instructions and a video link prior to your appointment.

Well, what feedback I have whatever he explain things to me asked me do I understand? But it seemed like he don't understand my feedback on things I'm saying to him so if we can get that back on base right where he constantly he can listen to me a littler more. He's a good doctor. He gave me all the answers I wanted. He answered all my questions. He's the only doctor that I found out what was wrong with my legs, it 5 years for me to find out what was wrong, and he found the blood clots in my legs, and he's in and out great doctor. Thank you.

Okay, so I'm continuing for my previous voicemail. The provider was excellent. He's just, he's superb! He's a great guy, great communicator. So let me continue from my previous voicemail. So I asked the nurse if she left her a detailed message on my girlfriend's voicemail so that my girlfriend can call her back directly. The nurse said yes. My guess is the nurse didn't realize how the phone system works at Swedish. Okay? But I'm just giving her the benefit of the doubt. You guys need to fix that. It's frustrating to call and to let the phone ring and ring and then nobody answers and then if somebody has to call the General operator, who doesn't really know anything, right? And then, everybody has to recreate the wheel. Okay? It's frustrating for family members, and of course, I didn't know any of this until my girlfriend picked me up. That's my only criticism. Alright, it's simple to fix, just do it. Okay? It's electronics, it's IT department.
