I felt like my care provider was rushing. She was friendly, but she hadn't remembered that we met before, and she also rushed through my treatment. During the appointment, she attempted to clear wax out of my ears, and it felt like she actually got wax further jammed up in my right ear without actually removing it. I needed to work on removing it at home after my appointment, and it feels like there is still some stuck. [...].
